Manufacturing – Forging and Machining

We have a manufacturing unit for Forging, including Ring Rolling and Machining to serve our Esteemed Automotives and Non Automotive/Engineering Product manufacturing Domestic as well as Overseas Customers.

FORGING

• Forging Ring Rolling equipped with Capacity 450 dia. & 18kg weight.

MACHINING

• Precision machining shop with 12 nos, CNC turning center and 4 No. VMC.
• Forge shop is equipped with forging presses , hot rolling facilities and friction press in multiple lines.
• Installed capacity is 250 MT forgings per month of ranges from 55 mm O.D. to 300 mm O.D, weight 0.350 Kgs. to 10 Kgs.
• Forge shop is supported by well equipped in house die shop(tool room)
